Depending on age and sex the hours for the year changes.

 

Males

17 & 18 550 hours

(The younger of the 2 years can do up to 50 hours less than those noted here)

 

I have created an annual plan for each age group that will give the athlete about the required amount over the whole year. However, the athlete should really discuss their personal circumstances with their coaches as thing like exams are not taken into account in the group plans.

 

The plans are written in excel and can be downloaded by clicking under the relevant age group.
